Polybind Polyurethane Waterproofing System is an advanced waterproofing solution formulated using polyurethane technology to provide superior protection against water ingress, moisture penetration, and environmental exposure. Unlike rigid waterproofing systems, polyurethane coatings form a highly flexible and seamless membrane capable of accommodating minor structural movements and substrate cracks without compromising waterproofing performance.
The system is available in both single-component and two-component variants depending upon project requirements. Once cured, the coating forms a continuous waterproof barrier with excellent adhesion to concrete, plaster, masonry, metal, and cementitious surfaces. The seamless membrane eliminates joints, overlaps, and leakage-prone areas commonly associated with conventional waterproofing systems.
Polybind is suitable for terraces, balconies, roofs, walls, tanks, podium decks, wet areas, water-retaining structures, and industrial facilities requiring durable waterproofing with long service life. The food-grade formulation also makes it suitable for hygiene-sensitive applications where a safe and easy-to-clean waterproof coating is required.
