Novolac Phenolic Chemical Resistant Epoxy Coating

Epobind Novolac Phenolic Epoxy Coating is a premium heavy-duty chemical resistant coating system specially designed for aggressive industrial environments exposed to concentrated acids, alkalis, solvents, hydrocarbons, and corrosive chemicals. The coating provides exceptional chemical resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term durability for concrete and steel structures.

PRODUCT/SERVICE INFO

Epobind Novolac Phenolic Epoxy Coating is an advanced high-performance protective coating formulated using novolac epoxy resin technology and phenolic modification to achieve superior chemical resistance compared to conventional epoxy coatings. The highly cross-linked polymer structure creates an extremely dense and impermeable protective barrier capable of withstanding exposure to aggressive chemicals, process liquids, solvents, acids, alkalis, and industrial contaminants.

The coating system provides excellent adhesion to properly prepared concrete and steel substrates while offering superior resistance against chemical attack, corrosion, permeation, and surface degradation. Due to its outstanding performance characteristics, the coating is widely used in chemical processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, petrochemical industries, storage tanks, containment areas, battery rooms, and process equipment exposed to severe chemical environments.

The system can be applied as a protective lining, floor coating, tank coating, or structural protection system where conventional epoxy coatings may not provide adequate long-term chemical resistance.
