Glass Flake PU Anticorrosion Coating

Polybind Aliphatic PU Glass Flake Anticorrosion Coating is a premium high-build protective coating system formulated with aliphatic polyurethane technology and specially engineered glass flakes to provide exceptional corrosion resistance, barrier protection, UV stability, and long-term durability for interior and exterior steel and concrete structures exposed to aggressive environments.

PRODUCT/SERVICE INFO

Polybind Aliphatic PU Glass Flake Anticorrosion Coating is a high-performance protective coating system developed for severe service environments where conventional coatings may not provide sufficient long-term protection. The coating incorporates specially selected glass flakes dispersed within an aliphatic polyurethane matrix, creating a highly impermeable barrier against moisture, oxygen, salts, chemicals, and corrosive contaminants.

The layered arrangement of glass flakes significantly increases the diffusion path of corrosive elements, reducing permeability and enhancing corrosion protection. Combined with the superior UV resistance and weather stability of aliphatic polyurethane technology, the coating delivers excellent long-term performance in both indoor and outdoor applications.

The coating forms a dense, tough, and highly durable protective film with excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and weather resistance. It is commonly applied over epoxy primer systems for structural steel, tanks, pipelines, marine structures, process equipment, and industrial infrastructure exposed to aggressive industrial and coastal environments.
