Strongbind Concrete Screed is a high-performance polymer modified cementitious screed designed for thin section applications where conventional sand-cement screeds are unsuitable. The specially engineered formulation combines cementitious binders, graded aggregates, performance additives, and proprietary polymers to produce a dense, durable, and self-curing screed layer.
Unlike traditional screeds that require continuous water curing after application, Strongbind Concrete Screed utilizes self-curing technology that promotes proper hydration and strength development without external curing methods. This significantly reduces installation time, labor requirements, and project downtime.
The screed provides a smooth, level, and durable surface suitable for receiving epoxy flooring, PU flooring, tiles, vinyl flooring, carpet, wood flooring, and other floor finishes. It can also be used as a finished industrial screed in areas requiring a smooth cementitious surface.
