Concrete Densification

Floorbind Concrete Densification & Polishing System is an advanced concrete enhancement treatment developed to improve the performance and appearance of existing and newly laid concrete floors. The densifier penetrates deep into the concrete surface and chemically reacts with free lime present within the concrete matrix, forming additional calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) compounds that strengthen and densify the surface.

The densification process significantly reduces concrete porosity, improves abrasion resistance, minimizes dust generation, and enhances overall floor durability. Following densification, mechanical polishing processes are performed using progressively finer diamond abrasives to create a smooth, attractive, and reflective polished concrete finish.

Unlike conventional coatings, Floorbind Densifier becomes an integral part of the concrete structure and does not peel, delaminate, or wear away like surface-applied coatings.
